Entrepreneurial resume

Zoran Pavletić is the founder and president of the association Arteco Pavletić. With many years of work and entrepreneurial experience in the rural areas of Brod-Posavina County, he gained a deep understanding of the challenges that rural areas face, but at the same time he also gained a clear picture of the immense potential of rural areas.

Wanting to contribute to the local community, he founded an association aimed primarily at expanding and strengthening the business, artistic and civic competences of young people from the local community, as well as young people from European countries (especially those who belong to marginalized groups with reduced opportunities), in order to transform the local community into a prosperous environment, but also for the purpose of deepening solidarity and cooperation among European states.

An integral part of that undertaking was the establishment of the Pavletić Theme Park, where he was the first in Croatia to start the artistic trend of making sculptures from environmentally friendly materials, and in the process turned the park into a favorite local attraction, as well as the focal point of national and European projects in the area.

By implementing numerous national and European projects, Zoran Pavletić over time transformed the association Arteco Pavletić into the first social enterprise in the Brod-Posavina County.
